The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG has
announced the appointment of Stephanie Eckermann as a new member of the
Executive Board, effective June 1. Eckermann will spearhead the newly established
Post-Trading division, which integrates the Securities Services and Fund
Services operations with the post-trading service provider Clearstream.
Eckermann brings a wealth of experience to her
new role, having been with Deutsche Börse Group since 2020. She currently holds
the position of Managing Director, where she oversees Strategy & Controls
Post-Trading within the division led by the designated CEO Stephan Leithner.
Additionally, since 2020, Eckermann has served on the Executive Board of
Clearstream Holding AG, and in 2023, she assumed the role of CEO of the
Executive Board of Clearstream Banking AG.

operations.
The new Post-Trading division under
Eckermann’s leadership aims to enhance the efficiency and service quality of
Deutsche Börse’s post-trading services, crucial for the infrastructure of
global financial markets.
